The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has pledged to provide needed technical support to Kinetic Sports for a hitch-free 2014 Copa Lagos tournament.
According to the Secretary of the Federation, Barr Musa Amadu, the Federation appreciates the efforts of the Chief Executive Officer, Kinetic Sports, Samson Adamu for his resilience in organising the 3-day tournament annually. He noted that the only way to support the tournament is by providing necessary technical support in the area of officiating.
Corroborating the NFF scribe, the Chairman, Committee on Beach Soccer in the House of Representative, Hon. Kwande Solomon said that NFF would provide required logistics needed for a successful hosting of the tournament.
Amadu added that NFF would ensure that Kinetic Sports is assisted with all valuable documents required by the Nigerian Embassies and Immigration authorities to facilitate visa procurements as well as granting other privileges to all invited international teams.
Speaking on the Super Sand Eagles preparedness, NFF scribe disclosed that the team Coach, Ejo Sule has already submitted the team list to the football body.
Preparation is in top gear and we are going to call the team to camp ahead of the event. At the moment, the Coach of the Super Sand Eagles, Ejo Sule has sent his team list. Despite the short time coupled with financial constraint, we shall motivate them adequately to defend the title for the third time, Amadu reiterated.
