LAGOS—THE Senator representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, Senator Oluremi Tinubu will host this year’s edition of the Elderly Citizens Assistance Scheme, ECAS, at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Elderly Citizens Assistance Scheme, ECAS, will benefit more than 1,300 elderly citizens drawn from the 13 local government areas and Local Community Development Areas, LCDAs, that comprise Lagos Central Senatorial Districton Wednesday, December 10, 2014.
In a statement made available to newsmen, Senator Tinubu said: “Since inception of the ECAS scheme launched by Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on December 11, 2012 the scheme has made positive impact in the lives of elderly people drawn from about 2, 600 families.
