He could have been mistaken for an armed robber and caused serious panic ...I was about entering Chitis, a popular eatery in my school UNN. A police van and an Acura Jeep parked outside and a gun wielding plain clothes police man alighted from the van and entered the eatery. I don't understand how one can be so reckless in a place filled with students. This is meant to be a "civilized" society. I think it is even unlawful to carry such gun in plain clothes.
