Mariah Carey performs in hip showing black latex dress at China concert

A bit too much to wear in China, perhaps? The 44 year old mother of 2 wore this one shoulder black latex dress that slit up to the hip on one side, exposing h er entire leg as she performed at Hongkou Soccer Stadium in Shanghai, China last night. Too much or okay?
