The Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Lagos chapter, led by it’s Chairman, Mr. Boma Johnbull, has lauded the re-appointment of the Director-General of the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Mr. Patrick Akpolokemi, for another term in office.
In a statement by Mr. Henry Oyobolo, Information Officer of IYC Lagos, the group commended President Goodluck Jonathan for giving Akpolokemi another opportunity to continue with the development of the maritime sector through innovative ideas and growth strategies.
“We also use congratulate the NIMASA boss and enjoin him to keep up the good work he is doing through his strategy of developing the maritime sector through innovative ideas and most especially carrying all stakeholders along in the sector.
