ABUJA—RETIRED staff of First Bank of Nigeria Plc, have decried what they described as unfair treatment from the management of the bank, lamenting payment of meager benefit.
The Pensioners said in Abuja, said that they were strategizing to join Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP, to better fight for their rights.
The pensioners decried perceived poor attitude of management of the bank to its former staff.
Speaking to journalists, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, BoT, of the association who retired as a General Manager with the bank, Mr. Bulus Dareng, said issues affecting pensioners of the bank included meager salaries being paid to them as pension.
