Very disturbing videos: Watch this woman brutally assault this little girl

I don't know where this happened but this woman has to be arrested. This video is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen. That is definitely not the girl's mother. It must be a nanny or something.

She slapped, punched, violently threw her to the floor, stomped on her back, kicked her and dragged her like a rag doll. And that girl doesn't look more than a year or two.
