The Burutu Youth Leaders Forum has congratulated Hon. Julius Pondi on his emergence as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for Burutu Federal constituency.
In a statement issued by Mr. Kenerekedi Napoleon, deputy president; Comrade Akpule Emmanuel Gesikeme, secretary general and Comrade Victor Isereke, spokesman, the forum said Pondi’s victory will help to effect the desired change in Burutu local government.
They noted that Pondi as the standard bearer of PDP in Burutu federal constituency is a proof to the good people of Burutu that the youths were capable and can be entrusted with leadership responsibilities.
They also expressed confidence that Pondi will bring the dividends of democracy to the people of Burutu as they vowed to vote en masse for him and PDP in the 2015 general elections.
