Who succeeds Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola will be known in a matter of 47 days but if the statement credited to the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC|) in Lagos state is anything go by, he may be telling Lagosians confidently that he is the next governor of the state.
When Vanguard met him at en event over the weekend, he sounded so confident and he boasts of being the best personality to succeed Fashola.
He said, “I am the most competent person among all the candidates. I have worked in Lagos state public service for 27years . I started like an ordinary accountant and moved to the position of Accountant General of Lagos state at 43. All my life, I have worked for Lagos state and what I want now is to become the governor of the state and serve people”.
