The outgoing Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) in Borno state, Prof. Tukur Sa’ad has Friday said that the distribution of Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) by the commission commences Saturday, January 10-15, 2015 in the state.
Speaking on the non-distribution of PVCs at INEC’s headquarters in
Maiduguri yesterday, Prof. Sa’ad disclosed that the distribution exercise slated for six days is however limited to Maiduguri Metropolitan and Jere council areas of Borno state.
