ASABA—YOUTHS from the Niger Delta region, under the aegis of Niger Delta Youth Council, yesterday, called on well meaning Nigerians to support the second term bid of President Goodluck Jonathan to enable him complete the good works he has started.
The youths, in a statement at the end of their meeting in Owerri, Imo State, said that President Jonathan was the only man that could bring about the desired change Nigerians were yearning for.
The statement by the President of the group, Mr Christopher Bakporhe, said: “We thank Dr Austine Izagbo, Mrs I.B Ekpe, Mr Donatus Uzoagbado, Chief Paulinus Akpeki, Mr Austine Ayemidejor, Chief Olori Magege, Chief Patrick Okitiakpe, Chief Sunday Agbugbu, Mr Paul Umunna, Mr Ned Nwoko, Mr Jude Imagwe, Mr Paul Ogbe, Chief J Oguma, Mr Judge Iyang and many others for the support they are giving to President Jonathan.”
