Okolugbo scores Uduaghan’s 3-point agenda high

The commissioner representing Ndokwa Nation, Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Sir Kenny Okolugbo, has commended Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan’s administration’s success in security, human capital and infrastructural development.

Making the commendation while presenting a 14-seater Hiace bus to Ndokwa West Host Communities of Oil and Gas, HOSTCOM, Okolugbo pointed out that those in Ndokwa West were benefiting from the governor’s three-point agenda because of his peace initiative.

He said: “Without peace there cannot be security, human capital and infrastructural development. Whatever you are enjoying today is as a result of peace created as part of the three-point agenda of the Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.”

After the presentation of the bus, Okolugbo and his team went on an inspection tour of ongoing projects at Ogume and Obiaruku.

They include three blocks of classroom at Ogume Model Secondary School; reconstruction of two classroom blocks at Ezedogume Primary School; construction of Ogume Main Market and construction of cottage hospital at Ogume, among others.
