Aam Aadmi Party served notice of the Ministry of income tax of both crore transactions that funding of elections. The notice sent to the party is dated February 9, which is only a day before the election results.
IT department has asked the party to give details of the money from Goldmine, Sunvision, Skyline and Infosys.
The party was invited to respond by February 16 failing which the penalty would cost Rs 10,000. The revelation gifts worth Rs 2 crore made by an NGO AVAM just before the vote.
AAP leader Ashutosh says welcome to a notification by the department and cooperate fully with the investigation of the IT department and the Ministry of Finance.
Ashustosh said: "We want all that is imposed allegations should be investigated and the facts are on the outside"
